Resident Evil : DEGENERATION

I just finished watching Resident Evil : Degeneration the other day! Personally i was super satisfied with it! XD It is now my no.1 favourite movie!
For those of you who are unfamiliar with Resident Evil, well Resident Evil is originally a popular survival horror videogame series from Japan. It tells the story of a secret corporation called Umbrella Corp. that develops a biological weapon. Whoever is infected with the weapon will...well, turn into a flesh-eating ZOMBIE!





As you already know, there are various Resident Evil movies out there already starring Milla Jovovich. But those movie are crap, i think because it doesnt respect the original storyline of Resident Evil by adding new "fictious" characters and time event. Hey, after all Hollywood is good at destroying other people's franchise, right?

But its different with Degeneration. Everything about this movie is perfect, since it was made by original people who made the game: Capcom. It completely follows the timeline of the original story in the game. And because its CGI animated, it is really successful in capturing the Resident Evil mood and atmosphere. Throughout watching the movie, i also feels like as if im playing the game ^^

The story is also simple and well-narrated and its easy to undertsand. For me, it is a movie worth watching over and over again. it gets better everytime i watch it. i dare say, i enjoy this movie more than FF7 :Advent Children. People unfamiliar of Resident Evil can enjoy this movie too!





I highly recommend this movie! Its only available on DVD though, or...umm the good ol' download ^^;

Riverside Stroll

I went for a walk at Riverside a week ago just to clear my mind andand enjoy a beautiful evening here in Kuching ^^ and I caught some photos along the way. I meant to upload it here earlier, but due to the poor internet connection lately i was unable to do so.

Fortunately, there was an event there that day. I couldnt remember clearly, but i do know its about "Industri Desa". People can see and but lots of crafts and goodies that day ^^

I spotted quite a number of tourist that day...from the one speaking germany to some really odd language. They seem to be having a good time. But i know one thing that sure caught their sour eyes is the critically ( i say ) polluted environment. You can see litter and rubbish everywhere... its as if our people has no regard for the cleanliness of our city. i cant help but feel ashamed.

So remember next time, please dont simply throw your rubbish away on on the ground! JANGAN BUANG URAS MERATA-RATA! use the provided rubbish bins. Sarawak is now making its way to be one of the attraction for tourists from all over the world. As Sarawak citizen, its our responsibility to keep Sarawak image clean ^^

Character Design

As usual, the hardest part of character design for me is the costume ^^; so lately, i did some research and practice. in the end, i was able to come up with designs of my own. i hope the dress turned out Okay :D
